Neurodivergent Affirming and LGBTQ Inclusive supervision for licensed master social workers (LMSW) toward their clinical licensure in Texas (LCSW).
I offer supervision and training for clinicians and other professionals who wish to integrate affirming mental health support for neurodivergent (Autistic and ADHD) and LGBTQIA+ clients. I am aligned with the Trans community in this deeply conservative state. With over 15 years of clinical experience I have a passion for helping clients heal the pains of childhood trauma, reduce sadness of depression, and smooth out the peaks of high anxiety: people pleasing, imposter syndrome and perfectionism. I have worked in many roles as a social worker and therapist: community mental health, school social work, pediatric oncology and residential care for children in foster care. Throughout this experience I have deepened my commitment to the social work core values of client self determination and autonomy.
It is my mission to guide you toward being confident in your clinical skills and in your belief of yourself as a therapist. When I met with my first client I felt scared, unprepared and that I was a fake therapist. But, with great supervision and a desire to grow my skills, I gained the clarity of my theoretical orientation and the self-confidence to be authentically myself. Yes, I made many mistakes and this is natural when learning a new skill, it is through exploring the mistakes that I became the therapist I am today.
I will walk along side you as you fumble. I will give you the tools needed to get yourself up again and again.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Supervisor designation in the state of Texas. (TX 51633)
I provide supervision for licensure to (LMSW) Licensed Master Social Workers who wish to obtain their Clinical License in the state of Texas. My areas of specialization are providing supervision and consultation in working with adult clients using a trauma-informed, feminist and person-centered orientation. My expertise is providing neurodivergent affirming mental health care, healing developmental trauma in adults, and supporting individuals through identity exploration (LGBTQIA+, Autistic, ADHD).
LMSW Supervision Rates
Group supervision 2 hours (twice each month)
Monthly commitment 4 hours each month
Cost is $375 due on 1st of each month, 30 day cancellation required.
One individual supervision session each year included

Individual Supervision 60 minutes (weekly)

Monthly supervisor access 4 hours each month
