Use your Out of Network benefits to pay for therapy. Ask about our partnership with Mentaya or we will provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company directly.
We work with youth age 12+ and Adults.
We provide telehealth video sessions.
Walk and Talk: in-person appointments are held outdoors in nature.
Neurodivergence / AHDH/Autism assessments are for billed as a cash service, we don’t accept insurance for assessments.

Since our practice is centered around supporting neurodivergent and neurodivergent-questioning adults, we intentionally keep our practice size small to both honor our capacity as therapists while also providing excellent support for our clients.
Beginning November 2023, we are now offering a 15 minute no-cost consultation call aimed at learning more about your specific situation so that we can better meet your support needs. During this no-cost phone call we answer your questions around working with us but we do not provide therapy or give advice during this short consultation.
If you would prefer a longer consultation, we offer a 55 minute appointment where we go further in depth and you will leave the session with a plan to begin therapy with us. Or if our services do not match your needs we will provide a referral to someone better suited for you. This session is $225.
As a result of offering more in-depth appointments we believe this enables us to provide a more comprehensive assessment and time to discuss your specific reasons for seeking therapy. The additional time gives us both an opportunity to assess each other and decide if we are the best match.
The initial consultation appointment is a full 55 minute intake session. The cost for this service is $225, pre-paid to reserve your specified data and time. The deposit will be applied to the first session for both cash pay and insurance clients. If you have questions, send us an email and we will do our best to answer them before you make that appointment.
*Please note: The deposit is non-refundable without advance notice of cancellation (minimum 48 hours).
