Anxiety Therapy

Our clinicians utilize a wide-variety of tools and treatments to help ease the pain that accompanies too much anxiety.

While there are several types of Anxiety treatment available for adults, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based treatment for symptoms of anxiety. Our Clinicians use CBT on a case by case basis with our Allistic adult clients who wish to identify negative thought patterns and beliefs. At this time we do not feel it is an affirming treatment for Autistic adults.

CBT is a structured, time-limited therapy that can help some clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their anxiety. Through this therapeutic process, individuals learn to recognize how their thoughts influence their feelings and actions. By developing healthier thought patterns, clients can reduce anxiety symptoms and improve their overall emotional well-being.

Our therapists create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their anxiety triggers and develop coping strategies. With an emphasis on personal empowerment, clients are encouraged to practice new skills both in and out of sessions, fostering greater resilience and confidence in facing life's challenges.

Whether dealing with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, or phobias, our therapy sessions are tailored to meet each person’s unique needs, ensuring effective progress towards anxiety management and a more fulfilling life.Schedule a session today and get support to be free from constant worry, irritability and difficulty concentrating.
